Parmeshwar K. R. has done theatre as a Director for 40+ years in 6 different languages. After reaching the age of 60 and retiring from his full time job at Bank of Baroda, he started acting. Born in Mumbai, he is exposed to all language theatre work and films.

He has acted in feature films such as Uri, Madras Cafe, Aligarh, Thackeray, and Malaal. He has acted in web series such as Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story, Gormint (Amazon) and Samvidhaan. He has also acted in advertisements for 2019 Elections on MX Player and Kalyan Jewellers.

He teaches dramatics to UNESCO, Mumbai University and ISKCON students.
